Initiate Request
Log into your account or contact our customer support team via email with your order ID and photos of the saree to start the return process.
Quality Inspection
Ensure the saree is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact; our team will verify the request within 24-48 hours.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your address at a convenient time, or provide instructions for self-shipping if the service is unavailable.
Refund or Exchange
After the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchanged saree.
